I know you are thinking we have written with more questions for you, but Phillip and I finally made our decision and closed on the Orange Avenue property last week and just wanted to thank you for such an outsatnding job! You remained professional throughout this entire ordeal Joe, and we were especially impressed with your refusal to be intimidated by the Thompsons (or their Realtor). Your job must be hard at times, trying to please everybody at the same time, but you were fair and unbiased the entire time ,and I know everyone noticed that.

We think you should also know that we did in fact get considerable credit at closing because of the condition of the swimming pool and equipment and we appreciate you finding those problems.

Again, thanks for a great job and we will certainly be recommending you to everyone we know who will be looking for a new home.
