On behalf of our parents, we would like to take this opportunity to send our thanks and appreciation for the professional and thorough Home and Termite Inspection you performed last week. Due to our parents’ age and mental state, we were understandably apprehensive about not being able to be there to assist them with the Inspection of their new Townhome, but we obviously made the right decision in hiring you. We saw your excellent standing in the Orlando Better Business Bureau and saw that you were a State Licensed Termite Inspector, and a member of NACHI which we have heard a lot of good things about.

Our parents loved you Mr. Higgins, and still talk about how pleasant you were to them and the extra time you spent explaining maintenance recommendations to them. We would also like to commend you on the very professional and easy to read report. Even our Tiltle Attorney mentioned how easy the report was to understand.
