Job well done! I have had plenty of Building Inspections done in my days, but I have to say I have never observed such a thorough and comprehensive inspection peformed prior to yesterday. I am still amazed that you were able to access the crawl space under the house, but like you said, that is where a lot of significant defects can be found in those older structures. I am doubly glad that you were able to perform the Termite Inspection as well and that you noticed the Drywood Termite and moisture damage.

You saved me a considerable amount of time and money Joe and I will be using you exclusively from now on.
