Just a quick note to let you know we decided against purchasing the home on Seville. We are still breathing a sigh of relief that we hired you to do the inspection before we made a very costly mistake. I have since heard that the house has now been taken off of the market because of all the Termite damage you found and roofing and structural repairs that are needed. whew!!!

We are currently looking at another property in the same area and will definitely be calling you again!
